Registering Your Pet for Services

As a new client, please make your appointment for an In-Home Consultation before you

reserve any services.  This will give us a chance to meet and give your pet and I, a comfortable

environment to meet in as well.  Here we can fill-out and review your Owner’s Information and

Pet Profile forms.  I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and discuss a suitable

service plan that will accommodate both you and your pet.

 

When you choose to sign up for services there will be a one-time registration fee of $20.

Keys

I recommend that you make two sets of your keys for me to keep on hand.  One for me to have at all times and one that I will keep in a lock box at my home office in case of emergency.  A Key Pick-Up is required before any services can begin so that I can have a chance to double check that they work and smooth out any quirks related to your locks.

FAQ

Do you provide references for Baliko Buddies?

Of course.  At the time of our In-Home Consultation I will provide you with a list of references that you can contact.

 

Are you license, bonded and insured?

Yes I am.

 

How much will you donate to the local animal welfare leagues?

I will donate $0.50 from every service I provide for your pet.

 

For example if you were to ask for the following services per week...

 

5 dog walks = $2.50

1 litter-box overhaul = $0.50

5 Kitty Check-Ups = $2.50

1 Squeaker-30= $0.50

2 oral medication administrations = $1.00  

Total Amount Donated = $7            

 

Do you offer any referral incentives?

Yes!!  I value and appreciate any referrals that my clients give.  For every person you refer that signs up for services, you will receive $10 in Baliko Bucks that can be used towards any service I offer.

 

What is your cancellation policy?   

I want to be as flexible as possible and understand that some circumstances can not be avoided.

What is your inclement weather policy?

All services will be cancelled only if the federal government is closed.

If services are needed on these days please don’t hesitate to ask!!  If I am in town and available to help, I will definitely make the effort to do so.  There will be an additional holiday surcharge of $15 for visits scheduled on these days.
